Bridger Bagels has been operating since 2023 here in Bozeman, and opened with the desire to bring more bagels and breakfast options into the Gallatin Valley.

We make fresh, authentic bagels using high-quality ingredients and New York style techniques. And yes, of course our bagels are boiled before they’re baked.

Come find us around town at our many pop-ups and farmer’s markets during the warmer months, or join our weekly delivery circuit in the winter. Or, swing by one of your favorite local coffee shops!

We also provide a myriad of catering options, from our classic breakfast boxes which are perfect for corporate settings to more personalized wedding brunch on site services.
